Post 8 : A subject you enjoyed this semester




This term I have six subjetcs. My favorite one for this term was “Geomatics” and “English”, maybe another one but not like the firts ones.” Geomaticas” is about spacial analysis using specifically programs like Qgis3.4 orientated to the ecology topics. “English” is about the foreign language, gramatical and phonetics. I mean, dominate the english language. In both I have to do practical and theorical activities. And i like that. At the first time obviusly was hard, but with practice and dedication the difficult down. In “geomatics” the contents was all relationated with the spacial analysis orientated to the ecology. In “english” I tried to dominated the language, the oral and write way.
Why likes me? “English” likes me because the teacher are a person very kind to me, nice, and friendly. This is not my first time with the teacher, but always I feel comfortable in class “English” likes me too because is very useful for your life. Once I travel to Mexico and speak with a lot of people in english obviusly because the Miss Lourdes teach me how to speak. About “Geomatics” I like it because I really like the ecology topics, how all the organisms contributed to the balance of the earth, and things like that.

What is your most indispensable piece of technology?

The most indispensable piece of technology for me is my smartphone.  I search information of all about things (games, movies, series, animals, weather…) I use that for the university, I use the smartphone like a GPS sometimes, like a chronometer when I stay in the gym lifting weights, like a screen when I see some videos on Youtube, when I have free time I use that for check my Instagram. One of the most important things about the smartphone is the possibility of communicated with any people you need. Many times my mom wants to know where I am, and the Whatsapp is the solution, other times I speak and chat with my girl, I love that. Little Biography

I was born in Recoleta, Santiago (RM) twenty one years ago. The day was Thursday 12 of June, yes! The day of Thor.  I studied my pramary and secondary school in the same school, the name of the school is “Parroquial San Miguel”, a religious school. All my family study in that school, when i was 6 years and i start in the school, my cousin was 16 years old. Now, i’m 21 years old, and my nephew is 6 years old starting in the same school. In the actually i’m studing Forestry in the “Universidad de Chile”, South Campus. And I feel very happy with my election about this career . Im a simple man, i enjoy the food, the conversations, the people. I enjoy the simple things.

Wich country would you like to visit?

  Wich country would you like to go to? why? I would like to go to Mexico; because I travel to there in the past. And I like everything what I seen there. But I don’t know everything or even learn a bit in only one week; I need more time there. What do you know about it? In that travel I learn about the Maya culture and some history about that. I learn about the animals and vegetation what growing in there too. But the thing what most like to me was the wheatear. The weather is like the south of Chile weather in summer but without the cold. A sunny day in the morning but the rain falls soon. What would you like to do there? I would like to travel to every region of the country.
